This Sunday we ended the fall series of the Release & Empower group. It has been a real honor to hold space for such brave and compassionate women. I will also miss having the circle in this fun and powerful space! The next series of Release & Empower will be on Thursday evenings, beginning on January 23rd at Pure Light Chiropractic (near 71 and Manchaca). It is sure to be another incredible group, as it is already more than half-full with women who know they need the space for release.
